Transport

– By tube:

The nearest stations are Charing Cross or Piccadilly Circus. From Charing Cross, follow the signs for Trafalgar Square, head through Admiralty Arch near the southwest corner on to The Mall: we're located approximately 50 metres along on the right hand side. From Piccadilly Circus, head down Lower Regent Street to Waterloo Place; the entrance is located at the bottom of the Duke of York Steps on your left.

– By overground rail:

The nearest train station is Charing Cross.

– By bus:

There are many bus stops on or around Trafalgar Square (no bus services operate on The Mall itself).

– By bicycle:

We have racks for locking bikes at the top of the Duke of York Steps. There is a London Cycle Hire docking station directly behind the ICA on the corner of Waterloo Place and Carlton House Terrace. Please use Cyclestreets to plan your journey.

– By car or taxi:

There is no parking on The Mall, but it is possible to drop off passengers at the main entrance. You can find metered parking bays in Waterloo Place and Carlton House Terrace, and there are also car parks in Whitcombe Street and Spring Gardens, both just off Trafalgar Square.

You can also plan your journey with Transport for London’s Journey Planner or call them on 0343 222 1234.
