Set in Japan during the final months of World War II and inspired by true events, a heart-warming story of courage, friendship and the power of music.

Kindergarten teacher Kaede and music teacher Mitsue band together to take a group of children under their care to safety outside of Tokyo. As Tokyo is bombed, they find shelter and a modicum of safety at an old abandoned temple in Saitama. With an organ they took with them from the school they evacuated, they play music to the children, bringing solace during a terrifying time.
