A series of close-up phone photos of the environment, spread out in a grid beneath a green-blue filter, like looking through water or oil

The work of DreamArts Carers Express programme, this group exhibition showcases still images charting young people’s engagement with photography and represents an exchange of knowledge with the camera lens, encouraging creativity and self-expression. Themes of the works include nature, strength, chaos, climate change and beauty.

Through The Lens is a celebration of new skills developed by young photographers, and their ability to create art and feel seen and heard in our busy world.

Please join us for the preview on Thu 6 July from 6 – 9pm. There will be a ribbon-cutting and reception with light refreshments.
DreamArts is a local outreach charity supporting young people with creative and therapeutic projects. Carers Express is their project supporting young people in Westminster with caring responsibilities.
