Actor Kameoka Takuji (Yasuda) is thirty-seven, single, and loves to drink. He plays underwhelming support roles in films and spends his life shuttling between sets and bars. One day, on a location shoot, he meets a female bar owner (Aso Kumiko), and falls in love at first sight.
