Art historian Akiko starts her new job at a big corporation the same day as a mysterious security guard, who she recognizes as a former sumo wrestling serial killer.
A prominent voice of contemporary Japanese cinema, Kiyoshi Kurosawa directed The Guard from Underground before his better-known contributions to the horror genre such as Cure (キュア) and Pulse (回路).
