minus one is a monthly late-night series curated by DJs, artists and nightlife communities. Experimenting with different configurations in the ICA Theatre, this series takes a DIY approach, hybrid in format with a focus on both dancing and listening together.

KAVARI is an artist, music producer, and DJ based in Glasgow. Her high contrast productions and performances fuse industrial, ambient, club, and pop into her own unique sound. Having been nominated at the Scottish Alternative Music Awards for ‘Best Electronic’ Artist in 2021, and after playing a plethora of shows at some of the most popular venues across the country, she has grown a reputation for herself as one of the fastest growing names in the Scottish underground music scene.

PRNCSS THa BAd Messiah is a multi-disciplinary artist, producer, and DJ. Born in Zimbabwe, raised in Dublin, and currently based in London, her art is influenced by the many cultures she has experienced. Experimenting with heavy bass music that is entwined with African rhythms, she is a trailblazer in the Afrofuturism music space.

Stem’s fluent and mind-bending approach touches on sound design, sonic percussion and high energy club tracks, presenting a particular sonic identity which transcends genre. With each set she aims to challenge and flow, using her influences from the UK’s multi-disciplinary music scene as an undercurrent.

Nitetrax is Manuel Sepulveda’s club and experimental music show which has aired monthly on NTS Radio since 2011. The show takes an open and global approach to music discovery with particular love for percussion and abstract rhythms. Manuel is also a graphic artist working under the name Optigram and has designed record sleeves for several electronic music labels, being most closely associated with Hyperdub.
