ML Buch is Marie Louise Buch, a Copenhagen-based composer, producer, guitarist and vocalist. Following her debut EP Fleshy in 2017 she released the album Skinned on Anyines in 2020. Suntub is her second full-length release, a 15-track double album, released in October 2023 on Danish imprint 15 love. Her live performances, both in solo and group formations, are reflective of her love of combining 7-string electric guitars in open tunings with synthetic instruments and electronic experiments.

Astrid Sonne is a Danish composer and viola player based in London. Throughout her discography, Astrid Sonne carefully crafts different moods through electronic and acoustic instrumental endeavours. On her forthcoming album Great Doubt (January 2024) this skill is refined, now with the distinct addition of the composer’s own vocal in front. The tone of each track is unmistakably Sonne’s, structured around contrasts through an impeccable sense of timing. Lyrics on the album are sparse, highlighting different scenes or emotional states of being, leaving the music to fill in the blanks. Yet they also form a pattern of ambiguity, consolidated through the album title, searching for answers through looking at how and what you are asking, questions for the world, questions of love.
