bones tan jones shares a technique from Qi Gong, the ancient Chinese martial energy healing practice, and intuitive craft that they use daily in their own practice, of sculpting and sensing our inner sun’s energy. Through a variation of the ‘cloud hands’ move from Qi Gong, bones will guide participants in using visualisation techniques, sound and movement to meet their inner sun. Participants will then sculpt this energy ball from clay, thinking about creating their own wearable talismans for protection.
