In his ninth collaboration with Hong Sangsoo, Kwon Haehyo plays a film director whose visit to a building owned by an old friend, sees the nature of his daily life change several times over.

From this simple premise Hong constructs perhaps his most temporally and spatially complex film, one weighted with the inevitable march of time, the pain of connections lost and the pangs of loneliness.
