Set against the backdrop of 9/11, the film tells the story of how a generation kickstarted a musical rebirth for New York City that reverberated around the world.
Adapted from the bestselling book by Lizzy Goodman, this impressionistic piece mixes personal archives and exclusive interviews under the camera of Will Lovelace and Dylan Southern, the directing duo behind Shut Up and Play the Hits, the acclaimed documentary on LCD Soundsystem.
