ICA is closed from the 30 May – 3 June inclusive.
The Art Institution of Tomorrow by Fatoş Üstek is a unique manifesto for raising the standard of institutional practices across the world. To celebrate the book’s launch, ICA will be hosting a panel discussion convened by the author Fatoş Üstek, with some of the voices included in the book.
Taking a reflective and speculative approach, this event will foster a discussion that provokes how art institutions orientate themselves in the face of global adoption of new technologies, changing definitions of art, and societal engagement. This event is organised in partnership with Lund Humphries on the occasion of the publication of The Art Institution of Tomorrow, Reinventing The Model (Lund Humphries, 2024) by curator and writer Fatoş Üstek.
