As part of our upcoming In the Round series, we present a double header featuring 2 of London's most exciting artists, Flur + GAL GO.
Experimental jazz trio Flur are comprised of harpist Miriam Adefris, saxophonist Isaac Robertson, and percussionist Dillon Harrison. The trio have played in various formations over the past few years and collaborated with acclaimed artists such as Ganavya, Floating Points and Shabaka Hutchings. Their debut album Plunge was released on Paris-based label Latency earlier this year.
GAL GO is the project of multi-instrumentalist Ignacio Salvadores, born in Buenos Aires and based in London since 2016. Described as a “burst of passion that’s mysterious and striking” [Pitchfork], GAL GO’s sound is full of complexities. A key collaborator of Archy Marshall in King Krule, his effortless embrace of jazz, rock, and experimentation placed his music in a universe of its own. Singing mostly in Spanish, his native language, he seeks to connect his two worlds in a way that’s both brooding and exhilarating. Impossible to put in a box. His poetic sensibilities atop his infinite instrumentation invite you to stay a while.
Both sets will be presented in-the-round and using the venue's state-of-the-art 360° soundsystem, d&b Soundscape.

- The Stage has step free access via The Mall entrance and lift. The lift in the Stage is self-controlled with hand control, with two buttons for up and down (max weight 300kg). It is without sides and includes a vertical pole to hold on to. It operates quietly and will not disrupt the performance. Our Public Advisors can also assist.
