Under the name Empress Of, Honduran-American songwriter, musician, and producer Lorely Rodriguez creates introspective, self-empowering pop music centered around her impressive, acrobatic vocals.

Empress Of’s most recent release, Blasting Through The Speakers, which came at the peak of her tour run with Lorde in October 2025, opens a new chapter for Empress Of, following her acclaimed 2024 album For Your Consideration that arrived with label Giant Music. The bilingual release was named Best New Music by Pitchfork, who called it “dazzling,” and saw Empress Of embracing camp, fantasy, and her role as executive producer.

Her collaborators include Khalid, Blood Orange, Shygirl, Lewis OfMan, and Boys Noize. She has opened for Lorde, Rina Sawayama, and Carly Rae Jepsen and performed at major festivals including Outside Lands, Austin City Limits, Portola, and Corona Capital--with an opener slot slated with Addison Rae in Europe this Summer and new music in 2026.

Presented by Parallel Lines.
